I can’t seem to find the time to really apply myself to tumblr these days. My Tumbularity has been at 0 for quite some time now. Rest assured I do log in and peruse everyone’s posts from time to time. Usually when I want a good laugh or some instant inspiration. A lot has been happening to me lately.

My grandma (I think she was 91) died last night in her sleep (not a bad way to go I guess), and my brother is in Escambia County (Florida) Jail and has been there for several weeks now. He’ll be there till February when he receives his sentence. We expect 15 years in prison based off of the drugs and paraphernalia he was carrying on him at the time of his arrest. Not sure if he will be going to a State or Fed prison. Family death and incarceration seem to be the way my year will end. All this and I am still blessed with moments like the pic above. This past Saturday we (friends and I) gathered to celebrate my 34^th birthday. Beer Pong, cards, and Rock Band were played all night long.

Moments like the one in the pic above are what keep me going right now.

I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend. :D

I know, I know… its been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long since I last posted. Trust me, I’ve been busy. I’ve been doing quite a bit of writing, but not nearly enough drawing. That should change soon as a friend that was at least 10 levels above me as an artist back in high school has asked me to lay digital inks on a project he’s penciling.

Today we dressed up for Halloween at work and this is my result. I’m Vinni Da Blade, my Mafia Wars character. Go ahead, judge away. :D

Next up I’ll post the group shot.

Cassie came into work this morning with all this as payment, in advance (though not asked for), for working on her Trash Our Dresses photos.

So, now that I’m all caught up at work I’m making time to work on a project for some friends. These two ladies, Cassie and Ashlee, had a “Trash our Dresses” photo shoot last week. Now, I didn’t take the pics, they are just relying on me to work my Photoshop magic on them. This here be the first image I’ve finished out of 18. Cassie actually works here at Capitol Filmworks, but hasn’t come in yet today, so I’m patiently waiting for her to arrive and check out my progress. Ashlee, aka Ashole, is my buddy Shane’s GF and Donna’s roomy.
